iTunes always bug the
iPhone & iPod user when a new version came and the upgrade may cost lose your fun or even to using your device. So when u need to stop bugging yourself you need to fake the the version of the software.There are few of apps to fake the iPhone firmware version but some of u might mind to have the app on your iPhone to see everyone. Some tweaks can change the version information just on 1 click but keep some hidden trace and removing those apps might cause your iPhone unstable.
So I like to make this manually
To do that u need to do the ssh via winscp or can use ifile.
Go to /system/coreservices/ and edit the file SystemVersion.plist as shown below.
Then save the file and reboot your iPhone / iPod. to check if it is working go to Setting>General> About
